Investment Description
The load-bearing structure of the T-Wall/ALP EXTREME climbing wall, covered with TRIAX system panels, consists of a wooden frame-truss structure made of rectangular and square elements, interconnected by steel connectors (screws, bolts, additional perforated plates), as well as grooves and notches cut into the connected elements. The structural components are made of structural wood (KVH) of C24 grade, according to German standard DIN 1052:2008, S10/C24, SIA 265 pos. 3.3.1.4, or in accordance with EN 385 PEFC/04-31-0355 guidelines. The cladding of the wall consists of climbing panels made of 18mm plywood. The structural rigidity is ensured by the wooden framework, the frame-truss structure, the cladding panels, and the existing reinforced concrete frame structure to which the wall is anchored.
The load-bearing structure of the FREE FORM ALP EXTREME climbing wall system consists of four truss steel frames, assembled on-site according to the provided drawings. The structural rigidity is provided by the cladding panel, the framework of the frame-truss structure of the wall, and the existing reinforced concrete frame structure to which the wall is anchored.
