Construction and execution design of the structure
Investment Description
A two-story nursery with a traditional construction system based on masonry walls with reinforced concrete columns and a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The design features an interesting and modern architecture incorporating wooden trusses, circular skylights, and varied finishes with glass and wood.
The nursery structure was created using the Allplan software based on BIM 3D technology. The reinforcement was modeled in 3D, ensuring smooth assembly on the construction site.
