Executive Design
Investment Description
The scope of the project was the executive design of a luxury residence located in Konstancin-Jeziorna. The building is of traditional construction, with load-bearing masonry walls reinforced by reinforced columns. The floors are constructed using monolithic technology with large spans. The entire structure and reinforcements were modeled in 3D using the Allplan software, and calculations were carried out in the Dlubal RFEM program.
