Scope of work
Detailed design and workshop documentation of the sub-structure for the stage hoists and design of the portal bridge.
Project description
KMT prepared the design of the steel sub-structures for the hoists, located on the theatre's highest level - the technical platform. The hoists serve the new lighting bridges spanning the entire stage area. Calculations and design of the portal bridge above the stage were also carried out. The calculations took into account the dynamic behaviour of the whole system and emergency braking under full load.
