Scope of work
Detailed design of the foundations for the overhead line poles.
Project description
Modernisation of the tram track on the section between Katowice Rynek and Zajezdnia, and reconstruction of the overhead line network on the section between ul. Staszica and pętla Zawodzie. The main objective of the project was to modernise ul. 1 Maja and remove the existing overhead line poles from the area designated for car parks, as well as to reduce the environmental impact by limiting vibration and noise emissions. The foundations of the overhead line poles were executed as bored reinforced concrete piles.
