Construction and executive design
Investment Description
The building has 11 above-ground floors and two basement floors, which serve as garages and storage units. It is founded on a foundation slab, and the excavation is secured with Larsen walls. The building structure is a plate-column system with reinforced concrete stiffening cores. The construction was carried out using monolithic technology. During the design process, a significant factor was the high groundwater pressure (almost 5000 kg/m2) and the issue of ballasting and sealing the structure.
The project was entirely executed using BIM technology, LoD 450, with the help of Revit and Tekla Structures software. Coordination with the installation and plumbing trades was also done using 3D models.
