Structural technical assessment of the load-bearing capacity of an aluminium canopy structure in Odolanów.
Project description
The assessment concerns the verification of the load-bearing capacity of structural members and connections of an aluminium rafter roof canopy, supported on columns on one side and anchored to the existing building wall on the other.
The scope of KMT's work included the preparation of a structural assessment of the canopy with respect to compliance with applicable design standards in terms of load-bearing capacity and stiffness. As part of the study, the load-bearing aluminium sections, pin-type connections between structural members, and the anchorage of structural elements to the building wall were designed and verified. The analysis was performed using the FEM software - RFEM Dlubal.
