Structural calculations and workshop documentation for façade elements of The Edge London Bridge
Project description
The project concerns the construction of the modern office building The Edge in London, located in the London Bridge area.
The scope of KMT’s work covered the façade of four above-ground storeys and two underground storeys. As part of the assignment, structural calculations were carried out for the steel and aluminium load-bearing façade elements, including anchors and connectors. KMT also prepared comprehensive workshop documentation covering, among others, steel elements, aluminium elements and connectors. The documentation was developed using Dlubal RFEM and Tekla Structures software.
